Your head starts filling up with a few easily believable (but totally untrue) thoughts trying to sabotage your dreams and the life you envision for you and your family!

Big Doubt #1: My stress is too overwhelming to be helped

Life can feel like a LOT! Sometimes its from our own choices and sometimes its from circumstances outside of our control.


When I was 25yrs old I found myself moving back home with my mom after she suffered a stroke. She and I worked together (at the time) so I ran the business, helped oversee her care, and cared for my younger siblings still in school. I know what it means when life suddenly puts you on an unexpected path.


What I learned is that I need to make time for myself so I could be at my best for others. They needed me at my best, there was no room or time for anything less.


Big Doubt #2: I don't have time for one more "thing" on my plate

This is where I need you to get real honest with yourself. Do you not have the time or are you not making the time?


I am very guilty of setting the intentions for a quick brain break and scrolling for ten minutes and next thing I know an hour has gone by! There goes my desire to get to bed at a decent time!


I want you to go against every High Performing and Overachieving nerve in your body and aim for the bare minimum! *More on that later in the course*

Big Doubt #3: I don't even know how it would feel to manage my stress.

Sometimes our struggle is our badge of honor.


To this I ask you, who is benefiting from the overwhelming stress and anxiety?


It's all about starting small...creatingactionable steps and developing tools that you can always have in your toolbox for when you need them.


P.s. I am not promising you a stress free life. Stress is inevitable, but it is how you manage it that makes all the difference.

Big Doubt #5: If I don't do it then it won't get done. I am the default parent.


This one hits home for me! Not just me, for a lot of my close friends as well and I am guessing for you too.


YOU are the one juggling all the things. The default parent, the boss, the one who is basically keeping the whole household together.

Did I mention I was pregnant when that happened), to fail but keep trying, to succeed, to step into my power despite my fear.... to connecting the dots between workplace stress and our personal lives, to creating workshops and leading boardroom discussions at large companies!


I have realized I am a facilitator to help guide people on owning their stress and understanding it.

When I can help people realize and manage their stress in a healthy and productive manner.


It allows them to remain on track with the good they are meant to do in the world. The thing that YOU are creating or doing and how it impacts those around you are HUGE!
